Family Honey Tasting Workshop

Honey is sweet, right? But is that all there is to honey? Join us after Storytime for a Family Honey Sommelier Experience where we’ll explore the fascinating world of bees and honey. You’ll get up close and personal with Israel's most pampered bees in our observation hive and discover how these incredible creatures create the golden treat we love.

But here's the twist: not all honeys are created equal. Are they all sweet? Do they all taste the same? We’ll put your taste buds to the test with "The Honey Game," where you'll sample six different honeys from across Israel. As you savour each one, try to guess where it's from, when it was harvested, and create imaginative names based on their unique flavours. Just in time for Rosh Hashanah, this is the perfect opportunity to deepen your appreciation for honey's diverse and surprising tastes. Everyone will leave with some honey and a special surprise to remember this sweet experience.
